The GWGD40BC is a top mounted motor design which has been carefully weight balance optimised to ensure comfortable operation and effective use. It has a straight steel shaft for durability and long reach, ideal for taller operators and large trimming areas as well as easy access underneath obstacles such as shrubs or benches. The variable speed trigger allows the user to increase the cutting power when thick growth and tough weeds are encountered, and for extra versatility the GWGD40BC is compatible with a range of additional attachments from manufacturers such as Ryobi and TrimmerPlus. This model is supplied without batteries and a charger – it is compatible with the battery systems from other tools in the Greenworks 40v family, or is alternatively available with a charger and two 2ah batteries (model GRWGWGD40BCK2X)
